eDeposit doesnt work

WFCU technical team should work with end users and troubleshoot this app in real time.
I cant believe this app passed QA as it rarely works.
The issues I have got:
Cant identify amount, cant identify account numbers, cant identify endorsement.
Im using an iPhone 5c and the photos I take are very clear.
Very frustrating !!!
I called the bank and followed instructions including reinstalling the app, using a white background cleaning the lens. Nothing seems to work.
