Good App

Ive tried the transfer & eDeposit functions and they work well. Balances are current and reflect todays transactions. Not quite as intuitive as the best apps, but very good overall.

What happened?

UPDATE 9/13: iPad app is working - changing from 1 to 4 stars. (What the heck happened with the last update? ebanking does not work on iOS device. So much for edeposit functionality...everything is hosed! Please fix it!)

When is iPad version coming?

Many people are using iPads! Hurry, hurry, hurry!

Would be cool if it worked

Cannot make e-deposits. "Something may be wrong with your account" but according to the call center manager, my account is just fine.

Edeposit

Unable to use the edeposit feature; Tried numerous times to make a deposit last night and today and kept getting error message, your deposit failed, make sure bottom numbers are in focus, try again. This feature is the main reason to have this App. Please fix.

EDeposit worked fine for me

I just got this updated app from WFCU and made my first eDeposit. It was quick and easy, with clear instructions. So happy that I could use it and avoid a 25-mile round trip to deposit a check. eDeposit rocks! Thanks :)

eDeposit WORKS Great!

Love this app. Had no problems with the eDeposit feature. Snap two pictures and your check is in your account. Perfect for the person who never visits their branch and doesnt want to make a trip for one check. Online banking with the convenience of online deposit. Can ask for much more. Thanks WFCU!

Junk

Please dont release apps before they are functional-it only serves to anger customers and drive them to a bank like Chase that does have a functional app. PS. See Chase app for an example of a simple (and functional) app.

Cant even open anymore!!

I really need to deposit stuff and my app will no longer load. It just sits on the opening page saying its waiting for the network. Meanwhile, every other app on my phone loads. Its frustrating!!

Unreliable app

App only sometimes works. Does not remember user name. Very frustrating for the app to crash "still working..." after one has gone through the trouble of entering the user name and password.

Multiple name woes

The app doesnt show epay nicknames, so if you have multiple credit cards of the same type, you dont which one you ate choosing within the app.

Needs improvements

Your app needs to take some lessons from other credit union apps. I have an account at Kinecta and when I first click to go on the app my sign in user name is already there. I just need to put in my password. Yours takes so long just to get to our accounts! Shouldnt have to be this way. We want to get to our account quickly. Please consider this improvement. What I DO like is we can see what is on "hold". That is a great feature. Thank you for listening.

Needs serious improvements

The app needs a boost for sure. Very slow with many important options missing (access messages etc.) it is very one dimensional and timely to use. As of now my app will not even work since my new iOS update. Very disappointed!

Good when it works

This app tends to freeze up a lot. When its working, the e-deposit feature is great.

Worst App Ever!

Edeposit is horrible and rarely works. Please, please, please develop something that is worth the time to use!

Garbage

Waste of time. Learn from Navy Federal Credit Union. Bill pay is the worst. I cant even tell which bill Im paying since I have multiple credit cards from the same bank. Pending transactions should be on the same page as all other transactions with "pending" next to it. I shouldnt have to look in whole different area. Slow and looks very outdated. Not a true app.

eDeposit doesnt work

WFCU technical team should work with end users and troubleshoot this app in real time. I cant believe this app passed QA as it rarely works. The issues I have got: Cant identify amount, cant identify account numbers, cant identify endorsement. Im using an iPhone 5c and the photos I take are very clear. Very frustrating !!! I called the bank and followed instructions including reinstalling the app, using a white background cleaning the lens. Nothing seems to work.
