This was a fine app until recently, now when I sign in it loads to an all white screen 3 out of 4 times. Fix it or build more locations with accessible ATMs for deposits.

About the only thing this application is good for is to check your balances. I really wanted to make deposits but when photographing the front and/or the rear of the check, the camera will not function. I am about ready to go open another account elsewhere.

This app worked pretty well for me up until about a month ago, now it hangs up. I get a white screen, or my deposit doesnt go through and I have to start all over, or I cant submit or confirm a check, its terrible please fix the app. I called the credit union and they said there werent any problems with the app, that no one has reported issues, but, I can see from the reviews that other people are having the same problems. Please fix the app and make it work great like it could.

Used to work great, now getting white screen and when it actually works, no longer see edeposit!! Make some major upgrades... PLEASE!!!

I love WFCU as a financial institution but your online tools are awful. It takes a ridiculous number of screens to sign in, and once you do it still takes many more just to see a balance and transactions. I just use the mobile website because at least there I can use Dashlane to make signing in easier.

This is a poor app compared to going on your computer. You would think being on a iPad it would be better.... Needs major upgrade. Only good thing is to check your balance.

If your trying to do your banking or pay your bills on this app.. Good luck. Do it on your computer. Hopefully someday they will update it.

I just checked here for no particular reason and found many bad reviews. Never had a problem with this app paying bills, depositing checks, transferring from one account to another, you name it.

The app need updated really bad! It takes way to long to get into my account! Its difficult to use And could be so much easier if it was updated

Picker wheel doesnt work when trying to transfer funds. Cant choose the From and To accounts. Nothing will select in the picker wheel.

Since updating to iOS 9, I cannot select accounts to transfer from or to in the app. Reset the app and the phone, the problem persists.

Im unable to select any options via the tumbler. For example Im not able to select which bank account I want to deposit to.

It requires selecting account and I cant choose one. Tried reinstalling and still wont work. Hoping for an update soon to fix the issue others have also experienced since the 9.1 operating system was released.

Yes, I know that this app was free but even that was too much. For the frustration this louse app has caused me, I definitely want a refund! If this app represents the professionalism of the Credit Union, my advice is to grab your money and RUN.

I like WFCU but this is one of the worst apps and worst support I have ever used. One the login process is horrible at best. You also do not have finger print recognition for Apple users which would save even more time. There is also no support on Apple Pay for the debit cards which also stinks. Then when I upgraded to IOS 9 the app now wine even work. But I received an email after I did upgrade telling me to wait Bc the app wont work. Not only was that too late but all my other apps work. Please address these problems. Also when transferring funds between accounts show how much is in the accounts on the transfer screen. The closest credit union is 45 min from where I live and I rely on your app to do my banking. Please make it a better experience for all of us and see this app as a tool for your company and a great experience for your customers. Thank you.

I loved this app since I started using it about a year ago. But since the latest iOS update I cannot do edeposit which is the best part of this app. I NEED this feature to work. Please fix.

I cant Transfer money no more I have to do it on my laptop to do this. Sometimes i cant because Im not home. This APP needs improvement ASAP.

No TouchID support. No 1password integration. Same UI as the mobile website. Why does this app even exist?

Sometimes the app doesnt even load up, even though I know Im connected to the network. Very inconvenient.

This app is no better for use on your phone than trying to complete a transaction online with your phone. Im trying to make my truck payment from an external account as I do EVERY month and there is NO option to do so. Absolutely NO help with this app.
